Yesterday I walked around in the old town of Tallinn...

it is such a pleasant experience to have a beautiful evening walk through that place, especially when it is getting dark, because the lights make the old city even more interesting and beautiful.

It was pretty cold, so we went with my friend to drink a cup of cocoa in a little cafe called Kehrwieder. I always like to go there, but only when the weather is cold, because I know other places where to sit in the summer. For me, Kehrwieder is made for the cold and windy days, then you can come and drink someting warm and have a nice chat with your friends. It has a cozy atmosphere and there is always a good music.

I love the narrow and shorts streets of the old town, they are so beautiful and unique..I always want to take a lot of pictures when I walk along them...And those old lanterns are my favourite ones, it would be so fantastic if I had a mini-version of those in my room:)

Anyways, I enyojed that evening a lot, you get a super feeling after spending a few hours there, trust me;)

music, music, music

Hy,

this time I decided to write about good music, the music I just like the best.

Right now I listen indie, alternative rock and some folk music too.

My favourite band is the Strokes. They are an American rock or indie band, who rose to fame in 2000s, they were the leaders in the garage rock revival:D Their music just makes me feels good and the lead singer has a very cool voice. In the beginning when I first heard them, I thought it was a British band, because the singer has got a little British accent, but maybe it`s just my opinion..

I would be SO HAPPY if they would come to perform in Tallinn, but yes, I know that I can only dream about it...

This summer I went to Viljandi folk festival, it was pretty good, I loved it. It is always good to go with some of your best friends there and spend a good time listening to good music and enjoying a beautiful weather:) I think this year`s festival was way more better than the last one...

well, I ran out of words now, and I got a good idea, I will go and listen some of my favourite songs, after a rough day in school it is just perfect to reduce stress with music, its is a good medicine for your soul:)

just another cold breeze in my happy day...but dont worry!

as you can see the title of my post today is pretty interesting, it actually means that I have really enjoyed the first period of my 10th form, almost every day I feel happy and I do not let myself interrupt by some problems and worries. Of course you can`t be always happy, but you must find always something positive in your day and the most important thing is that you appreciate all the good things and people, who exist in your life and always help you and make you feel good:)
Bobby McFerrin- Don`t worry, be happy - I think it`s a pretty good song to cheer myself up when I feel blue.
The time has actually passed quickly, it is October already...
Tomorrow we are going to the Estonian national art museum with our class. I love art, to be honest I can`t draw very well but I always enjoy to walk in different art galleries and admire some really good paintings. I just love Vincent Van Gogh for example, his works of art are just amazing.
A year ago I got a chance to visit the Picasso art museum in Barcelona. I loved it, it is awesome to see his original paintings, I could stand for 5 minutes in front of his painting, watching and thinking about it. My dream is to go to Paris and see the " Mona Lisa" painting, though not many people like it, but still for me it would be a nice experience.
Eduard Wiiralt is an amazing Estonian artist, "Hell" is a good example of his masterpieces:)
I think I will finish now, need to get my cup of coffee not to fall asleep, I still need to do some homework:D
